And One. :(
Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later.
Despite over 14 miles of walking this week, following the diet, and doing my weight training, I actually put on a pound this week. Back up to 356 lbs.
I was pretty discouraged this morning, but I'm just going to do my best this next week and hopefully meet my newly set goal of 349 lbs. Again, the 349 is a big psychological mile marker, because I will be closer to300 than 400 for the first time in a long time, plus,THAT weight makes the big notch on the scale move to the left.
