Sweatin' to the oldies.
The workouts are well on-track this week. I did 5 1/2 miles Wednesday, 3 miles Thursday, and 4.3 miles today.
I am still amazed that I am finishing these distances. Two months ago, I was stuggling with half-miles, and gasping for air afterwards.
At 355, I am able to do so much more than I could at 394, and that will just lead to more weight loss.
Hi-Energy is a plan that I can stick with, and that works, I can't ask for anything better than that, so I plan on staying on it until I reach my goal weight of 225 lbs. After that, I will work to maintain that weight, and perhaps eventually work my way down to 195 lbs, which is what is listed as my "ideal" weight for my height.
Two months ago, those numbers seemed like so much of a pipe dream, but with the results I've been getting, I truly believe I can achieve them within the next year.
